By registering with Sabio Therapeutics, users receive enhanced access to our website, including online ordering. First time users to Sabio Therapeutics must first complete the registration form. During registration, healthcare professionals are required to give their contact information (such as name, address and email address). We request educational background and title only to verify eligibility to place orders on our site, as we sell only to licensed health care professionals. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, other than as described in “Sharing” below. Non-healthcare professionals have general access to our website without the collection of any personal information.
Information Collected When You Place an Order
When an order is placed, the user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, other than as described in “Sharing” below.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
